For the La Marmotte Granfondo Alpes 2025, we will be offering a 4-night package staying at a luxury chalet in Alpe d’Huez from Thursday 03rd July to Monday 07th July 2024 (dates to be confirmed).
This package will also include a guaranteed entry into the event, return airport transfers from Geneva Airport, continental breakfast each morning, afternoon snacks, and a two-course dinner with complimentary wine each evening.

The very best Climbs
For many cyclist’s the La Marmotte Grandfondo Alpes is considered to be the ultimate single-day cycling sportive in Europe.
Featuring three HC climbs, Col du Glandon, Col du Telegraphe, Col du Galibier, and Alpe d’Huez totalling 5,180 metres of climbing, and 177km of riding the La Marmotte is one of the toughest sportive courses in the world.
Each year the event attracts around 7,500 riders from across the globe with the fastest riders completing this demanding course in under 6hrs.
Private Feed Station
The La Marmotte Grandfondo Alpes 2025 will be run on a “rolling road closure” system, so unfortunately we can not have a support vehicle following you around the route.
However, we will have a private feed station at the top of the Col du Lautaret consisting of freshwater, energy drink (in a powder format), energy bars, gels, fresh fruit, and some light snacks.
You can also place a “goodie bag” on the vehicle containing energy products that work best with you.
There will also be a range of tools and spares just in case of any emergency repairs are required to get you to the finish of the event.

The La Marmotte Granfondo Alpes 2025 is one of the toughest cyclosportive in Europe so you will need to have a good standard of fitness to finish the event within the cut off time.
Obviously, the best way to prepare is to get out on your bike and include some long rides in hilly terrain. However, swimming, running and circuit training are also good ways to develop your aerobic fitness and stamina.
You will be accommodated on a shared room basis whilst on the “La Marmotte Granfondo Alpes 2025” cycling holiday. Individuals travelling alone will be paired up with someone of the same gender. If there is no one of the same gender we will provide you with a single room.
If you would prefer a room to yourself then a single supplement charge will be added, please contact us for prices. Please note this option is only available subject to availability.

Unfortunately due to the nature of cycling and the terrain you will be riding in accidents can occur. Therefore, it is mandatory that you have Personal Injury Insurance that covers you in the event of an accident whilst on a cycling holiday.
